Rue Hydrangea Mini Dress, Blue Multi

This dress is beautiful!!! Cream color dress with blue hydrangea pattern throughout dress. Mini dress, lined, has pockets, ruffle sleeves, has tie detail along the front of dress,  outline of dress is cream/blue stripe to give a little subtle contrast.

Emily is wearing a size small, it does run true to size.

Measurements: Emily is 5'4, size small in tops, S rompers, a 3/26 in jeans, size 2/4, & her bust: 36DD cup
