Bailey Floral Top, Multi

Short sleeve detailed top. Puff sleeves. 3 bow closure top that can be adjusted to make tighter or looser. Tiered ruffle along the bottom of top. Front of top and collar are outlined in pink. All over the blouse has multi color floral pattern.
